Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy® (FST) is an assisted stretching technique that is performed by a Certified Fascia Stretch Therapist. The stretching takes place on a treatment table with comfortable straps to stabilize the part of the body not being worked on. This technique uses combinations of PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) as well as traction. Pain is never allowed and considered a negative response. The therapist will combine different techniques from the joint capsules in waves of movements targeting multiple angles to release, relax, and stretch the tissues and fibers.
What is Fascia?
Fascia is one word for our connective tissue system which covers us everywhere from head to toe, skin to bone; and penetrates throughout all of our cells and tissues. There can not be anything more significant than this for your mobility and flexibility.
What makes FST so unique?
There are many but to name a few, it is appropriate for all ages, from children to elderly population, anyone trying to get out of pain, elite athlete, to professional athletes. It has the ability to decompress your joints, where we lose close to 40% of our flexibility. Your fascial system is also a force transmitter. Making changes and unlocking the power of your fascial nets will help you perform and recover better. No medication or supplement that can improve or optimize your fascia. Healthy circulation in your muscles, joints, arteries, veins, brain & spinal cord is largely dependent on optimal flexibility of your fascia. So you can see how important your fascia is to keeping it in good condition.

Stick Mobility/ Personal Training
(private or small groups)
Stick Mobility
A new training system using a specially designed sticks as a tool to help increase range of movement, full body strength, improve balance and posture. The stick. is used to create stability as it provides feedback to help you achieve new ranges of motion.
While activating your joints and core, Stick Mobility will teach you efficient movements that unlock and open tight areas of your body and highlight the areas you need to strengthen to access your full potential.

Personal/ Small Group Training
Work closely with our certified personal trainers to enhance your overall wellbeing. We will discuss goals and determine your baseline level of fitness through our Mind & Body Assessment. Whether you are an athlete looking to take your skills/performance to the next level or just looking to work hard and keep your wellness levels high, we tailor every program specific to YOU!

NORMATEC RECOVERY COMPRESSION THERAPY
The NormaTec Recovery System helps maximize recovery for both athletes and non-athletes. Using a patented Sequential PULSE Technology, NormaTec synergistically combines three distinct massage techniques to speed the body’s normal recovery process: pulsing compression, gradients, and distal release. The NormaTec Recovery System Pneumatic maximizes circulation through compression, aids in muscle recovery, increases flexibility, promotes the flow of nutrient rich blood to muscles, significantly reduces exercise-induced swelling and soreness, and helps to flush out lactic acid.
By providing NormaTec Compression Therapy, our goal is to establish recovery as an integral part of every your training. Our goal is to help you recover faster, so you can train harder.

Benefits of NormaTec Compression Therapy:
-
Aid in Muscle Recovery.
-
Increase Flexibility
-
Promote the flow of nutrient rich blood to muscles
-
Significantly Reducing Exercise-induced Swelling
-
Reduce Pain/Stiffness
-
Promotes Flushing of Lactic Acid

How Does The NormaTec System Work?
Created by a physician bioengineer (MD, PhD), the patented Sequential PULSE Technology uses 3 key techniques:
PULSING: Instead of using a squeezing strategy, NormaTec Compression uses a pulsing. Squeezing is a static compression whereas pulsing is a form of dynamic compression. Pulsing encourages the mobilization of fluids and metabolites out of the limbs after a heavy exercise routine.
The pulsing is a functional technique used to specifically important for anaerobic workouts involving heavy lifting, drop down sets, sprints, or speed work because it helps to move lactic acid out of the muscles and into the bloodstream for faster recovery.
GRADIENTS: Mimicking the natural gradient of blood flow the NormaTec Sequential PULSE Technology holds pressure in a systematic way to prevent blood and fluids from being forced in the wrong direction to maximize proper recovery throughout different zones per body part.
DISTAL RELEASE: The NormaTec PULSE Technology is designed to hold and release pressure in each zone sequentially to allow for a temporary rest from compression amongst each zone per body part. This patented release is designed to work with the body’s natural blood flow gradient to maximize circulation and recovery.
