FST is an assisted stretching technique performed by a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist. The therapist will combine different techniques from the joint capsule in waves of movements targeting multiple angles to release, relax, and stretch the tissues to freedom!

FRC is a system of training which applies scientific methods to the acquisition & maintanece of , functional mobility, joint health and longevity. Mobility training is STRENGTH training.
